We have over 15 years experience in the property rental market, the majority of our tenants being students or young professionals. So we feel we have the experience to make your stay with us however long an enjoyable one.
The Majority of our properties are situated in and around the University area of South Belfast – Botanic, Holylands, Stranmillis and Malone. However we also have a selection of property in East & West Belfast that are popular with both young professional and families alike.
The majority of our properties are within walking distance of Queen’s University and the University of Ulster uni-link bus stop. They are also within walking distance to local bus and rail services as well as the many pubs, restaurants, shops and amenities that are nearby.
